Report a wrong fact or a missing fix

Corrections are the most useful message you can send. Tell us the page address, what is wrong, and what you saw on your own device (for example the model name on the router label, or the exact error text). If a router page lists a login that did not work for you, say which model you have. We use these reports to fix pages and to change the last-checked date.

Ask for a new page

Tell us the config file, localhost error, router brand or small tool you could not find. Requests that quote the exact error message or the exact file name are the easiest to turn into a good page. See what visitors have asked for and what has been added so you do not need to repeat a request.

What we cannot help with

• We are not your internet provider. We cannot see your account, change your router or reset your service. For billing, outages or provisioning, contact the provider.
• We cannot give the admin password for a router that someone else set up. A factory reset is the usual route, and it erases that router’s settings.
• Brand and product names belong to their owners. This site is independent and is not affiliated with them.
