- Which security option should I pick?
- Pick "WPA / WPA2 / WPA3" for almost every home network. Choose "No password" only for an open network.
- Does it work with special characters in the password?
- Yes. The characters ; , : \ and " are escaped for you, as the Wi-Fi QR format requires.
- Is it safe to print my Wi-Fi password?
- Anyone who can see the code can join your network. Use a guest network for the printed code and keep your main network password private.
- Why will my phone not join after scanning?
- Check the name and password for typos, and that the security type matches your router. For a hidden network, tick the hidden option.
